Added in the July 2026 “Common Ground” update, the Apartment Complex is a different kind of monument: a safe-zone city block where the loot economy is player-run instead of crate-run.

Why you’re here

Commerce and staging. The complex offers rentable apartments (private lockable rooms inside safe-zone rules — a solo player’s mid-wipe storage dream), player-operated shops on the ground floors, elevators, mailboxes, and a train station tying the block into the island’s rail network. There’s no keycard puzzle and no crate circuit — this is where you spend the scrap the other monuments paid you.

The layout

A run-down urban block: apartment towers over shopfronts, a playground, and defensive turrets enforcing the safe zone. Standard safe-zone rules apply — hostility gets you gunned down by the turrets, and logging out inside someone else’s space ends predictably.

Worth knowing

The complex shipped alongside the game’s 2026 clan-system rework and is still being iterated on — expect its shop and rental mechanics to shift patch to patch. When it changes, this page gets re-verified (that’s the whole point of the stamp).

Loot worth the trip

  • Rentable apartments — private, lockable space inside a safe zone
  • Player-run shops on the ground floors
  • Train station link into the rail network
